An innate love for research made it a logical choice for Kimberly Delp to pursue a career as a paralegal. She joined McCumber Daniels’ Philadelphia office in 2012 and since then, has honed her skills communicating with medical and expert witnesses, subpoenaing medical, employment, and insurance records for key providers, and assisting with court filings and the production of documents in discovery. She is a natural at performing internet and literature research.
Highly skilled in legal writing and pleadings, Ms. Delp assists attorneys with drafting and finalizing initial lists of trial exhibits; maintaining, organizing and marking trial exhibits; and preparing trial subpoenas. She diligently locates and contacts trial witnesses, maintains and organizes demonstrative exhibits, prepares trial notebooks, as well as maintains an electronic database of trial exhibits and deposition testimony for use at trial. In addition to her paralegal work, Ms. Delp is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Delp attended National Paralegal School in 2014, where she earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. Prior to earning her degree, she served as a Legal Secretary for McCumber Daniels.
Within her community, Ms. Delp has advocated for the Alzheimer’s Association, Delaware Valley Chapter since 2014. Her other passions include playing golf and spending time with family.
