While working during grad school, Edward J. Stolarski, Jr. found himself in the offices of an Erie, Pennsylvania lawyer named Tom Ridge. That experience with the future Governor of Pennsylvania and the first U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security captured his attention and led him to pursue the law.
Mr. Stolarksi’s current practice involves defending health care facilities, professional liability, long-term care, and complex high exposure jury matters. A prolific litigator, over a 30-year career he has been involved in a variety of cases representing clients in the defense of general liability, product liability, professional liability, mass tort, and insurance coverage matters in the state and federal courthouses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. In addition to his trial skills, Ed has argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
Mr. Stolarski earned his Juris Doctorate from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and a Master’s Degree from Mercyhurst University.
Ed is an avid golfer who enjoys the drama of major championships, especially The Masters. When he is not in the courtroom or on the golf course, Ed loves his beach time in Ocean City, New Jersey with his family.
