Mr. Daniels joins the seven percent of eligible bar members in Florida that have achieved board certification, one of the highest levels of recognition an attorney can receive.
Derek M. Daniels is a founding partner of McCumber Daniels and practices from the firm’s Florida and Pennsylvania offices. Mr. Daniels focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, hospital, and nursing home defense litigation. He has successfully defended health care providers in a broad spectrum of cases from minor injuries to infant wrongful death. He also focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense with a particular emphasis on catastrophic loss cases.
